Absolutely not. We’re happy to handle the shoot without you however, we recommend being there if you can be. It’s easier to make sure we get any unusual details in the shoot and you can preview our footage right there before we leave to get a feel for what we captured.

We include enough time to shoot and preview with you onsite. If you need us to take additional footage beyond our standard shot list we’ll be happy to accommodate. We charge a flat fee of $100/hr (or part of).

We work in the Greater Nashville area including Chapel Hill, Forest Hills, Belle Meade, Brentwood, Franklin, Leiper’s Fork etc.

We travel up to 30 miles from our Franklin office at no charge. For locations outside of our radius we charge a travel fee. Please contact us for specific pricing.

For locations outside of Middle TN flights, hotel accomodation and other travel related expenses will be charged at cost. Additionally, we charge a standard day rate of $1,000 / day or part thereof.

Just let us know more than 24 hours before the appointment and we’ll take care of it, completely free.

Less than 24 hours means we probably turned down other business to make your appointment happen so there’s a $99 cancellation fee.

If we arrive on-site and can’t access the home, we charge the cancellation fee + 50% of the total package price.

We’ll need the home show ready, staged and all lights on (inside and outside).

We don’t stage or have the capability to move items etc.

Sure we do! For agents that partner with us and list more than 4 homes in a month with us we offer a flat monthly retainer option. Contact us for more info.

We’ll film everything we can on the interior side and come back to shoot exterior / drone footage as soon as possible, usually the next day.

Once we’ve received full payment and delivered the content to you, you are free to use them on your website, social media accounts and YouTube account as needed to promote the listing.

This is a license and ONLY covers you and your agency. You agree that you cannot transfer, assign or sublicense your rights to another party and cannot resell the content under any circumstances.

You also agree that you will not offer any services that compete with ours.

In other words, as long as you have the listing you have the rights to use the content we created for it. If you no longer have the listing, the rights to use our produced content expire also.

If a new agent takes over a listing and requests the video content please refer them to us and let them know there may be an additional licensing fee.

No! We only shoot using professional grade equipment, in 4K ultra high definition.

For social content and shorts, we may film in High Definition as vertical footage uploaded to social media channels is typically resampled anyway. This makes the files easier for you to manage.
